I strongly recommend Theraflu with a shot of rum. Seriously. An old, but wise, doctor of mine suggested it years ago. The rum vapors from the hot water break up congestion and give the Theraflu just a wee bit of an added kick.

hrmmm... I hear that being physically active is good therapy for a cold.. even though it's the last thing you feel like doing. Keeps the temp up, keeps the blood flowing, keeps the endorphins pumping. Sex fixes everything!
