I don't know if telling you that I have a lifetime of it will help at all or not.
Just know that you are not alone in this world and that you spiralled down into this dark place and you'll pull yourself out.
I am just finishing up with nearly two months of it.
I'm pretty sure I have the source of it pinned down now, but in the depths of it, all I knew was that I was sad and I couldn't fix it.
