Moving sucks.
Avoid it at all costs unless you're seriously not happy in your current living condition or you're looking at a SERIOUS upgrade/bargain potential.

Also, would this be a new permanent living situation or a sublet that you may have to give up (or get rent jacked up on you) in 6 months?
