*gasp*

I pulled a muscle in my back between my shoulder blades this morning.

It is in spasm and makes it hard to breath sometimes.

One last day of work then I will need to soak in a hot tub or a while.

I prefer to have pain meds on board at the time.

How in the world did you pull a muscle there? I hate those mysterious muscle pulls that show up out of nowhere Saturday morning hehe.
