My DSL provider was bought by SBC. Given the hellacious horror stories from my boss about his SBC-DSL service, I decided to go with a new provider.

I got a few phone calls, wanting to double-check my shipping address, why I didn't want SBC, was I sure, pretty-please? NO!!

Sorry to hear you're having problems, I just wish I had spoken up sooner!
