Aug. 3rd, 2003 03:48 pmif you, dream of me
like i dream of you
in a place that's warm and dark
in a place where i can feel the beating of your heart
in memory, your touch, your kiss, your warm embrace
i'll find my way
back to you
if you'll be waiting
why won't you
deny our desire
to see your face and smile
to be with you forever
in memory, you touch, your kiss, your warm embrace
i'll find my way back to you
if you'll be waiting
like i dream of you
in a place that's warm and dark
in a place where i can feel the beating of your heart
in memory, your touch, your kiss, your warm embrace
i'll find my way
back to you
if you'll be waiting
why won't you
deny our desire
to see your face and smile
to be with you forever
in memory, you touch, your kiss, your warm embrace
i'll find my way back to you
if you'll be waiting
check out *mercy st.* by Peter Gabriel
Date: 2003-08-03 07:51 pm (UTC)If you are looking for good nihilism, try TRACY CHAPMAN'S NEW BEGINNING album; pretty much anything by LEONARD COHEN; Peter Gabriel (above) has some sweet sad songs.
But when I am feeling low, I find PINK FLOYD is where it's at (most of THE FINAL CUT; most of THE WALL and/or large portions of WISH YOU WERE HERE).
