(no subject)

Yesterday morning I got a patient by EMS.

EMS didn't realize the mortal condition of the patient.

EMS sauntered in with the patient wrapped in a blanket.

I uncovered the patient to access the patient's status.

I scooped and ran to the critical care room with the child in my arms.

The patient died in my care within 15 minutes of arrival.

I am still trying to work this out in my head.

At least I have it down in print now....
