Unfortunately that's one state's ruling on a very tiny sliver of the patriot act. I wish it were more to get excited about.
The national response is like seeing a house burn down, and having a neighbor boy dump a bucket of water on a burning lawn chair and triumphantly declare the fire extinguished.
Ah well. Maybe it will be the domino required for other judges to get the balls to say "did anyone actually READ the patriot act before it passed??" and knock it down entirely.
