You were angry at what had been done to an innocent person. *I* was every bit as angry as you, maybe more so. What is so upsetting is that the average American doesn't see the "realities" of what we do as foreign policy. He was an American who was "collateral Damage". His death was no different than if a bomb had blown him to pieces. War, any war is horrific. No war of aggression is ever justified...really. We are there, as we were in Kuwait, because of petroleum...maybe, just maybe Americans will wake up before its too late. As Oil reserves diminish, such wars will become more and more common. Sad, isn't it?
And thank YOU for letting me vent!
