My good friend Shawn (https://www.dreamwidth.org/users/2fruition/) explained it to me just today. It means Actually Laughed Out Loud. I was chomping at the bit to use my new found cyber-speak when I spied Clint (https://www.dreamwidth.org/users/clintswan/)'s post and did an ALOL. It was the sweet baby jesus sent me a miracle himself.

I am white bellied too....but there will be no flashes of white since I don't get invited to any pool parties. :-)
