At least, that is what my co-workers cranky nurse mom would go tell her in that situation. We laugh about that story and this reminded me of it. I take it they could never get away with aches and pains as kids because mom would have these instant solutions, which in our opinion were designed more to make the kid go somewhere and be quiet than anything else. :-P
