so very weary

was in charge last night

nursing/patient ratio was very very unsafe/dangerous

my new grads handled it beyond outstanding

they were scared, required alot of hugs

right now so emotional, so proud of all the staff

my baby nurses are growing up! they frickin' rawk!

the EMTs moved from trauma to intubation to seizure to septic infants back to trauma without blinking

god damn, bring it bitch!

BOO YAH!

Be proud of yourself, too. You sound like a terrific, caring nurse. I'd be so grateful to find you in an emergency situation.

Glad to see that things went pretty well for you. I miss being in a trauma facility to tell you the truth. That kind of high paced action really got me going for some reason. Now I just work in a community hospital.
