Yeah, I'm feeling the same way. I'm 330 which at 6'3" isn't horrible, but it's bad enough. I'm tired of sweating so much all the time and having to exhale every time I tie my shoe laces. My method is eat less and use the tread mill more. We'll see how it goes. I don't expect to lose weight that quickly. I would like to be at 250.
(By the way, in Canada, even though many things are in metric, for some reason when it comes to weight and height we typically use the imperial system, i.e. inches, feet, and pounds. Go figure. :o) )
