Congrats! Don't get disheartened if you hit a plateau.

I've been using an iPhone app called "Lose It", that lets you set a weight target, then gives you a calorie limit in order to reach that target in X weeks. I've lost 5.5 pounds in 3 weeks. I hope it keeps going....
