I used to work that way, but now the most I will work is 3 12 hour shiftes with maybe one 16 in the middle and then at least one day off before starting again. What is funny is the people I know who work 8 hour shifts and its like, I don't even feel like I have worked if I have worked only an 8 hour shift .... ya know?

When I was in the navy we would take turns doing 12 hour nites for 2 weeks then we were given an entire week off of work :)
to bad they cant do that in the civilian world.
