That's great. Did you feel swimming helped, because I've heard of a lot of studies that say that it is not as calorie-burning as exercises out of the water.

Are you losing weight for health and confidence reasons? If that's the reason, why put yourself on a schedule? My own experience with schedules and agendas is that it's always a setup for failure. That's my experience, so take what you like and leave the rest.
